CGRF on your bill
The Electricity Act requires every discom to set up a forum for consumer grievances.
Go to the CGRF after you complain to the discom and get no answer, or a wrong one.
The forum should normally decide within 30 days, and never later than 45 days.
Write your complaint number, the bill dates and what you want. Attach copies of bills and letters.
If you disagree with the forum's order, you can go to the Electricity Ombudsman.
Where to complain in each state
| State or UT | Complain first to | Ombudsman under |

| Delhi | BRPL, BYPL, TPDDL, NDMC | DERC |
