How to apply
- You do not apply. No official text mentions a registration.
- Read the Council of Ministers decision of 3 December 2025. Open the official page
CSPDCL’s scheme page still shows an old poster (50% up to 400 units, 2024-25). The 2025 decision replaced it.
What we could not confirm
- The decision says “bill”, not which charges. Up to 200 units we halve the energy and fixed charges. For 201 to 400 units we halve the energy charge of the first 200 units.
- Releases say “up to 50%”. Your real saving can be smaller.
- We found no extension of the 201–400 relief after about 30 November 2026.
