FPPCA on your bill

FPPCA works like FPPAS. It passes the change in power purchase cost to the bill each month.

Goa charges FPPCA as a percentage of both fixed and energy charges. Uttarakhand charges it per unit.

Example (Goa, August 2026): 12.819% of fixed Rs 100 + energy Rs 900 = 12.819% of Rs 1,000 = Rs 128.19.

The rate changes every month. It can be zero or negative.
